Updating Payment Details Overview

In subscription management, updating the payment details is essential for proper subscription lifecycle functioning.

When a customer purchases a product via PayPro Global, we automatically create a customer account at PayPro Global for them to access their entire purchasing history, subscriptions (both active and inactive), payment, and personal details.

In case the customer's payment info is about to expire or has already expired, they can easily add new credit card details from their account (go to My Credit Cards -> click on the button Add New Card) and assign it to the subscription via section Subscriptions. This way, all future payments will be made with the updated card.

However, when partnering with PayPro Global, in most cases, you will have your customers' cards-on-file updated automatically. Leveraging our payment partners & card network connections, we will update your customers' card details for you to maximize customer lifetime value and boost revenue.

Customers can switch from paying with PayPal to credit cards. However, vice versa is not allowed.
