Subscription Notifications Overview

The benefit of using PayPro Global for your subscriptions is that we cover all notifications which should be sent to your customers during the subscription lifecycle.

Customer Confirmation Recurring Email

After each successful rebill, we send the email confirmation, which includes the subscription details and the link to the invoice.

Credit card/PayPal cannot be authorized for a Subscription Payment Email

In case of a failed recurring payment, we send the email informing that the credit card or PayPal could not be authorized for this purchase and describe the possible reasons for the unsuccessful payment: issuer decline, insufficient funds, or expired card:

Subscription Charge Notification

Before each upcoming payment, we inform the customer about the subscription charge. It is done to minimize the risk of unwanted refunds and chargebacks.

We send two reminders for auto-renewal subscriptions and one reminder for the manual one containing a special checkout link to prolong the payment.

Trial Subscription Notification

In case of a trial period, we inform the customer that the trial period about to expire and he will be charged for full access to the product by sending:

Suspended/Terminated Subscription Notification

We always inform the customer if the subscription is canceled. We have two dedicated email templates which are sent if a subscription receives suspended or terminated statuses:
