Customer Account

Overview​

When a customer completes a purchase via PayPro Global, a Customer Account is automatically created for them. This account allows customers to manage all aspects of their purchases and subscriptions in one place.

The account is created using the email address provided during checkout, and all purchases made through PayPro Global are associated with that account.

Customer Account Sections​

The PayPro Global Customer Area includes the following sections:

Order History​

Provides detailed information for each order, including the purchase date, price, order status, payment method used, and a downloadable invoice.

My Credit Cards​

Allows customers to:

  • Add new credit cards
  • Edit existing cards
  • Set a primary card
  • Delete cards

The list displays the current status of each card (Active / Expired) and available actions.

Subscriptions​

Displays all subscription-based products and services, both active and inactive. From this section, customers can:

  • Activate or cancel subscriptions
  • Update the credit card assigned to a subscription

Product Details​

Shows the complete list of products and services purchased through PayPro Global. In this section, you can also retrieve your product license key if needed.

Personal Details​

Contains the contact information associated with the PayPro Global Customer Account.

Updating this information does not modify the billing details associated with existing orders or invoices.

Support​

Provides access to Frequently Asked Questions, support categories and knowledge base resources, as well as a contact form for personalized assistance.

API-Based One-Time Customer Login​

To improve the customer experience, we provide an API method that allows you to simplify the login process. Instead of requiring customers to enter their email and password, you can use the API call:

This method sends the customer an email containing a secure, one-time login link, which:

  • Is valid for 15 minutes
  • Provides direct access to the PayPro Global Customer Account
  • Requires no password entry

This is especially useful when a customer needs quick access to update their payment details for an active subscription.
